Below I have listed the entire portfolio of software we use to complete all jobs. We run all this software on 2 VPS servers which cost us approximately $130/month ? that is our ONLY outgoing other than the 1 outsourced service mentioned above. The winning bidder is welcome to take over our current VPS setups if they wish so they can get started right away. All the software we use is extremely easy to use, and licenses will be transferred to the winning bid where applicable. We do recommend the winning bidder has some experience with some/all of these services HOWEVER I am willing to personally support and teach the winner of this auction everything they need to know ? This has been an excellent way of increasing our indexed pages within Google, along with ranking for longer tailed keywords and making our internal link structure much stronger. If you compare our website both on-page and off against any of competitors, you will see we are a cut above any of them.?
Our billing and support system runs off WHMCS, which is both easy and straight forward to use. You can add/remove products, set up support departments, and answer tickets within the admin panel. Furthermore, anyone whom has ever purchased service(s) from us has a registered account with valid email address for promotional mailing purposes. The WHMCS software also allows you to create promotional codes for discounts on services which prove highly lucrative in securing a huge influx in sales in a short space of time.
