Change Management and Payments
My client a leader in Financial Services are currently seeking to recruit 5+ Senior Business Analysts to manage projects in Change Management. These exciting roles will start ASAP and all interested applicants must have at least 2-3 years change management experience across a range of project types. Both Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts CVs will be considered.
Main Objective of the roles:
- Analyse data and business processes to identify business problems, solutions and opportunities.
- Plan and manage the delivery of a small project.
- Work alongside subject matters experts to develop solutions.
- Identify and evaluate project risks and issues, recommending effective mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Produce reports.
- Manage work load of a small team of 5-10 analysts and operation resources to ensure deliverables are produced on schedule to all required standards.
- Deputise for the Project Manager.
Skills/Experience Required:
- At least 2-3 years Change Management experience across a range of projects.
- Proved ability to manage change projects/workstreams using established project management methods
- Ability to plan and organise and prioritise own workloads and work on own initiative.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office to include MS Project and Visio.
Desirable Criteria:
- Financial Services Change Management experience
- There may be a requirement for travel within Ireland and the UK
- Have or be working towards attainment of a recognised qualification in Project Management
- People Management
