I want to know people's thoughts on p90x as related to mental health. I'm on week 3 now and I'm actually feeling more energetic. Honestly, I thought I was already in pretty good shape from my regular gym routine: 15 minutes on situps, dips, pullups, pushups followed by, 45 minutes on an elliptic machine at 165 beats per minute. However, p90x is still kicking my butt. Let me know if you've had a similar fitness related experience of getting your butt kicked, or getting humbled in a similar way.
I also want to emphasize that I think it's helping me mentally. I seem to feel more grounded. Your thoughts?
